(1) Vendor needs to provide avenue demolition services to the government authority located in Mountain View, CA.– The existing structures will be demolished as part of the renovation plans for the site.– The house encompasses approximately 3,800 square feet (SF) and is of wood construction with stucco exterior walls, with rolled roofing and asphaltic roofing shingles.– It is a single–story building mostly comprised of bedrooms, restrooms, a kitchen and other living spaces.– Finishes for the interior spaces include gypsum board walls, acoustical ceiling plaster, and vinyl floor tiles or carpet on the floors.– Finishes in the restrooms also included ceramic wall tiles.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 4, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for three years. (4) Pre–bid meeting will be held on August 31, 2026.
