(1) Vendor needs to provide municipal school bus violation enforcement system.• Provide computer software or equivalent that will allow the city to adjudicate citations and to allow the city to monitor the performance of the system.• Ability to provide services that allow for the processing and issuance of citations to the registered owner of the vehicle via first class postal service mail.• Ability to provide information about the registered owner of a vehicle suspected of a violation to allow for the issuance of citations.• Provide reporting capabilities to allow for the City to comply with reporting requirements• Provide a portal or interface for fines to be paid and processed electronically.• System shall be capable of counting the number of violations and total traffic volumes and record this data on a City–approved data storage device as well as present the data in customizable reports.• System shall track all correspondence electronically from payment to inquiry from violators.• System shall provide a full reporting module specific to the performance of the camera system.• System shall maintain all data and all images, including those not approved as citations, as City property.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than Sep 25, 2026
