Description
(1) Vendor needs to provide human resources tenant improvement service to the government authority located in Stockton, CA. – The Contractor shall be responsible for cutting, fitting, or patching to complete the Work and to make all parts fit together properly.– Contractor shall be responsible for ensuring that all trades are coordinated and scheduled so as to ensure the timely and proper execution of the work.– Contractor at all times shall keep premises free from debris such as waste, dust, excess water, storm water runoffs, rubbish, and excess materials and equipment.– Upon completion of Work, Contractor shall employ experience workers or professional cleaners for final cleaning.– Clean interior and exterior of buildings, including fixtures, equipment, walls, floors, ceilings, roofs, window sills and ledges, horizontal projections, and any areas where debris has collected, so surfaces are free from foreign material or discoloration;– Clean and polish all glass, plumbing fixtures, equipment, finish hardware and similar finish surfaces. Remove any glazing compounds(2) Pre–bid meeting will be held on August 18, 2026.
