  "summary": "<p>The County of Tuolumne through its General Services Agency (\"County\") is seeking bids from qualified firms to provide a turnkey proposal for the design, installation, operations, and maintenance of electric vehicle charging stations at two (2) Community Resiliency Centers within the County of Tuolumne. <strong>The County is only looking for proposals that provide universal electric vehicle charging capabilities.</strong></p><p>These turnkey services must be provided for an initial three (3) year term, with the option of a two (2) one (1) year extension. Said services must meet all applicable Federal, State and/or Local regulations. The payment of prevailing wage by vendor is required on the installation portion of this project.</p><p>Prior to award of the agreement, the vendor shall possess a C-10 Contractor's License issued by the California Contractors State License board. Failure of the bidder to obtain the required license before award of the agreement constitutes a failure to execute the agreement. The vendor and any subcontractors shall be registered with the Department of Industrial Relations.
