(1) Vendor needs to provide medical marijuana seed–to–sale system to monitor, control, and report activities of authorized growers/processors, dispensaries, approved laboratories, clinical registrants, and academic clinical research centers. – Provide vendor–hosted Software as a Service (SaaS) solution for a comprehensive Medical Marijuana Seed–to–Sale System that will document, monitor, and track every stage of the growing, transferring, possessing, processing, testing, and dispensing.– 24/7 access for authorized users to the Medical Marijuana Seed–to–Sale System, except during coordinated and scheduled maintenance.– Successful integration of two–way Application Programming Interface (API) that complies with all applicable laws, regulations, policies, and security standards.– Accurate and timely lab result data availability for all plant and product testing, including harvest, final processing, stability, harvested hemp, and other testing.– Maintain technical infrastructure that is capable of handling current and future volumes without degradation of processing and response times. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 28, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for four years. (4) Pre–bid meeting will be held on September 8, 2026.
