(1) Vendor needs to provide for clinical documentation and quality review services to the government authority located in IA. – Provide inpatient clinical documentation improvement review services that extend beyond standalone AI, CDI consulting, or coding solutions. – An integrated, physician–governed approach encompassing quality–focused clinical reviews, physician advisor oversight, coding expertise, workflow integration, comprehensive reporting, and education based on review findings.• Clinical Documentation Improvement and Coding Analysis– Analyze post discharge coded inpatient clinical documentation prior to claim submission to ensure the clinical record accurately reflects the severity of illness, risk of mortality, complexity of care, and overall clinical reality of the patient encounter.• Quality Reporting and Analytics– Provide a unified dashboard that integrates clinical documentation, coding, quality performance, and revenue integrity metrics.• Quality–Focused Clinical Review– Enable a comprehensive and structured dual–pass review process that identifies and addresses documentation opportunities impacting both financial performance and quality outcomes, while maintaining accurate DRG assignment and revenue integrity.• Education– Provide education to clinicians completing clinical documentation, via methods such as:– Customized education plans based on opportunities identified during chart reviews– Provide learning opportunities such as topic, service line, or diagnosis–specific presentations(2) The contract period will be for one year.
