CASE-1810 - USA (Tampa, Florida) - Remote Housing Choice Voucher Case Management Services - Deadline November 3,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide remote Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) case management services to the government authority located in Tampa, FL. – Provide conduct annual eligibility re–determinations and perform case management services.– Counseling participants regarding program eligibility, unit size, payment standards, utility allowances, rental calculations, and other applicable program guidelines.– Verifying tenant eligibility by conducting reviews of participants’ recertification paperwork and securing third–party verification of income, assets, and expenses.– Conduct annual and interim recertification services.– Reviewing reasonable rent assessments to ensure requested rents align with comparable unassisted units.– Tracking and processing move–ins, move–outs, port–outs, abandonments, terminations, and other participant status changes.– Performing clerical tasks such as file maintenance, file purging, document preparation, and correspondence.– Processing and system data entry of family composition or income changes, completed within 10 business days of receiving a completed participant change request form and supporting documentation.(2) The contract period will be for one year. (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 20, 2026.
