(1) Vendor needs to provide construction, engineering and inspection services for two separate federally funded bridge repair construction projects include design surveys, geotechnical services, construction plans, permits, utility relocation, right–of–way plans, contract documents, construction administration on federal–aid projects, and construction engineering inspection services to the government authority located in Lakeland, FL. – Removal and replacement of damaged concrete slope pavement and related concrete components.– Bulkhead and bulkhead–cap repairs, including Class IV concrete, reinforcing steel, permanent steel sheet piling, Manta Ray soil anchors, and anchor testing.– Embankment restoration, regular excavation, flowable fill, and restoration of eroded or undermined areas.– Installation of bedding stone and a 6–inch articulating concrete block revetment system within Eternity Canal for scour protection.– Embankment placement and restoration of undermined or eroded areas.(2) All question must be submitted no later than September 16, 2026.
