(1) Vendor needs to provide provider credentialing and payer enrolment service. – Agency is seeking Provider Credentialing and Payer Enrolment services ensuring that professional’s licensure or certification, training, experience, possession of special skills, competence, and all other pertinent background information be met as required.– The vendor must provide a methodology and project management for implementing a successful project. – Provide illustrative or descriptive literature, brochures, website links, etc., that provide additional product information.– Vendor will manage the following credentialing and enrolment requirements for more than 200 providers who render services to patients that are members of third–party payers, including but not limited to Medicaid, Medicare and Commercial markets: 1. Provider Credentialing• Initial credentialing• Recredentialing• Primary source verification• Licensure monitoring• Sanction screening• Expirable management• Medical staff support• Other relevant processes2. Provider Enrollment• Texas Medicaid enrollment• Commercial payer enrollment• CAQH management• Group and individual enrollment maintenance• Revalidation activities• Roster management• Provider terminations and payer notifications• Other relevant processes(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 31, 2026.(3) Pre–bid meeting will be held on August 18, 2026.
