Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) for Membrane Water Treatment Plant

The City of Coral Springs, FL , is soliciting sealed responses for Project Title . The City is soliciting qualification statements from experienced and qualified Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) firms to provide comprehensive preconstruction and construction management services for the development of a new nanofiltration water treatment process building and associated facilities, as well as renovations to the existing water treatment plant structures as needed. The selected firm will collaborate with the City, the City’s design engineer, Hazen and Sawyer, and the design team throughout the planning, design, and construction phases to facilitate cost control, constructability, scheduling, value engineering, and successful project delivery.
