(1) Vendor needs to provide engineering professional services to the government authority located in Grace, MD. – Provide professional architectural consultation and design services for a new public skatepark. – Construct a public use skate park on agency owned property. • Site analysis:– Parking lot.– Alternate site suggestion.• Community engagement and public design input:– Minimum of one in–person engagement session.– Conduct a public feedback survey through the agency’s website.• Conceptual and final design plan.• Detailed cost estimating for construction.• Detailed annual maintenance cost.• Regulatory agency coordination.• Delivery and presentation of final plans, specifications and cost estimates.• Proposal for bidding and construction support.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 3, 2026.
