WAN MSD Decatur Township (the Applicant) seeks to lease lit network capacity to provide an eligible Standalone Data Transmission (WAN) Service between its eligible sites and its network head-end, located at located at Decatur Central High School, 5251 Kentucky Ave, Indianapolis, IN 46221, beginning 07-01-2027. Please provide laddered pricing for connections in 5 Gbps increments (10 Gbps, 15 Gbps, and 20 Gbps). ----- The Applicant seeks both Internet Access and Data Transmission (WAN) circuits in this Form 470.
