(1) Vendor needs to provide catering and events linen rental service to the government authority located in St. Louis, MO. – Provide linen rental companies to weekly service for catering and private event functions.– Provide linen rental, laundering, delivery, pickup, exchange, and related services. – Services shall be provided on an as–needed basis and may include routine linen service as well as linen requirements for individual events.– Maintain sufficient inventory, staffing, transportation, and operational capacity to meet the zoo’s service requirements.– Provide a reliable process for placing, modifying, and confirming linen orders.– Primary customer service representative and backup contact capable of responding to routine and time–sensitive requests.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 22, 2026.
