TELCOM-2835 - USA (Eugene, Oregon) - Two-Way Radio Communication Services - Deadline June 25,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide two–way radio communication services to the government authority located in Eugene, OR. – Provide necessary equipment, install and test the system. – The installation and testing shall be performed on a not–to–exceed lump sum cost as proposed by the successful firm.– Utilize the existing district equipment.– Provide and maintain all central equipment for trunking type radio (LTR) system utilizing either a minimum of 5 frequencies exclusive to the agency or a minimum of 15 frequencies that may be shared with other users.– Emergency power supply is required for system back–up power during periods of public utility poweroutages.– The trunking system shall provide for unlimited access and call duration, 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, without regard to system loading.– Provide training materials relevant to all current and new models utilized by the district for the duration of this contract.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
