Description

Bridges Community Living is seeking proposals from qualified CPA firms to conduct the annual audit of its financial statements for a 3-year term, beginning with the fiscal year of January 1 to December 31, 2026. The services to be provided will include: • Providing an auditor’s report and management letters in a format that is compliant with the generally accepted auditing standards, • Preparing consolidated audited financial statements for Bridges Community Living and its for-profit subsidiary, • Completing the Audit Financial Package for Social Housing Operations for the lodge, self-contained program, Community Housing and its special programs. • Producing and submitting the charity return for Bridges Community Living, • Preparing financial statements for Conwood Seniors Housing, • Producing and submitting the tax return for Conwood Seniors Housing, • Presenting the auditor’s report, management letters and financial statements to the board of directors, and • Respond to occasional inquiries from BCL staff throughout the year relating to accounting, reporting, or internal controls.
