Description
The City of Pontiac is soliciting proposals from qualified organizations, nonprofits, or other eligible entities to design, manage, and implement a Facade Improvement Program funded through the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program. This initiative is intended to improve commercial corridors by enhancing the curb appeal. A total of $400,000 in CDBG funds are available for this program. The selected Grantee will be responsible for implementing eligible facade projects, subject to approval by the City of Pontiac.
