(1) Vendor needs to provide staging, sound and lighting services to the government authority located in Rockville, MD.– Provide turnkey sound and lighting systems, staging and production services for two stages at its event to be held on Saturday, September 26, 2026.– Two (2) turnkey sound systems, one (1) turnkey lighting systems and one (1) SL100 stage.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 7, 2026.– The second stage will be on staging under a large tent approximately 40’ x 100’.– Staging requirements:– One (1) Trailer Mounted Stages (Stage line SL100 Version 2018 or newer) with Stage floor of 24’x 20’.– Roof surface to be fiberglass bonded to aluminium.
