(1) Vendor needs to provide dynamic signs maintenance and repairs services.• Visual inspection of sign structures, housings, fasteners, and mounting hardware.• Inspection of internal and external electrical connections for signs of overheating, corrosion, or wear.• Functional testing of LED matrix displays, controllers, power supplies, sensors, and communication modules.• Cleaning of display faces and removal of dust, rust, residue, or contaminants in accordance with manufacturer requirements.• Adjustment of components as required to maintain proper functionality, clarity, brightness, and alignment.• Verification and updating of firmware and software where applicable.• Confirming operation of ventilation or cooling elements.• Identifying early signs of component degradation and recommending replacement before failure.• Ensuring all safety features are functional and compliant with applicable codes.(2) All question must be submitted no later than November 13, 2026.(3) A contract period will be for one year.
