FY 2025 Fall Resurfacing (Milling and Paving) - Union, Walton, and Hebron Area

The Boone County Fiscal Court will receive bids from qualified vendors to perform the services associated with the Resurfacing (Milling and Paving) of County Roads and Streets in the Union, Walton, and Hebron areas. Work shall include all labor, equipment, materials and services necessary to complete the work described in this Invitation to Bid. A bid bond executed by the Bidder and acceptable sureties in equal amount to five (5) percent of the bid (including Add Alternates) shall be submitted (electronically) with each bid. The bidder to whom the contract is awarded will be required to furnish a surety bond in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the contract amount. Bid security furnished in bond form shall be issued by a surety company or corporation licensed in the state of Kentucky to provide said surety.
