(1) Vendor needs to provide moving services to the government authority located in Crestview, FL.– Office furniture and equipment moves within the County on an as needed basis.– Relocation of office furniture, modular furniture, equipment, files, records, and supplies.– Loading, transporting, unloading, placement, and repositioning of furniture and equipment.– Disassembly and reassembly of office furniture, workstations, shelving, tables, and similar items when required.– Packing, wrapping, and protecting furniture and equipment to prevent damage during transport.– Moving services within a single facility or between County–owned or leased facilities.– Removal and proper disposal of packing materials generated during the move.– Other related moving services as requested by the County.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 7, 2026.
