EQU-20044 - USA (Columbia, South Carolina) - Traveling Exhibit Materials Supplies - Deadline October 26,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide traveling exhibit materials service to the government authority located in Columbia, SC. – For a one–time purchase for the fabrication and design of semi–permanent travel exhibition panels for a new exhibit.– Panels need to have sturdy metal framing that can hold separate fabric panels on each side, be assembled by hosting venues after initial placement, and be of high enough quality to withstand 1–2 placements per year for 10 years.– For the full manufacturing of all panels and fabric coverings and replacement parts for at least two panels. – The exhibition panels shall have metal framing for 24 separate, 8–foot–tall structures with 48 cloth panels for double sided exhibition panels.(2) A non–mandatory pre–bid conference will be held on October 1, 2026.(3) All questions must be submitted no later than October 8, 2026.
