Description

This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the City to submit non-binding proposals for the provision of Oxbows Park and Queens Drive South Roadway Improvements Consulting (the Deliverables) as set out in this section of the RFP. The selected Proponent will be requested to enter into negotiations for an agreement with the City for the provision of the Deliverables. The City of Red Deer is seeking professional consulting services for the assessment, design, tendering, and construction support associated with upgrading two existing gravel surfaced roadways to a chipseal surface treatment.
