(1) Vendor needs to provide process server service to the government authority located in Pueblo, CO. – The services required to, include summons, petitions, subpoenas, notice to employers, contempt citations, Rule 69 actions, protective orders and restraining orders, and other legal notices and documents as needed. – Provider will be delivering official court paperwork to help in dependency and neglect proceedings, and child support judicial and administrative processes.– The provider shall locate and serve official court papers on custodial parents and potential fathers at their home residences.– Process server to provide process service. (2) The contract period will be for one year.
