(1) Vendor needs to provide neighbourhood police and fire board up services to the government authority located in Davenport, IA. – A police or fire emergency board up.– A police or fire emergency board up must be completed no later than 2 hours after the receipt verbal phone call notice to proceed from the city.– The boarding up of vacant building per the following technical specifications.– The contractor shall cover the openings with 1/2” cdx plywood, fastened with a minimum 1–1/2” square drive screws 6 inches on center to prevent easy removal.– The contractor must complete the boarding up within 48 hours of the receipt of the written (emailed) or verbal (phone call) notice to proceed from the city.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 12, 2026.
