(1) Vendor needs to provide software–as–a–service (Saas) website search platform.• Search platform for the university's public–facing web presence.• Solution will replace the university's existing website search service and provide a modern, scalable, and user–friendly search experience across university's digital ecosystem.• Hosted solution that delivers relevant, accurate, and accessible search results whileproviding administrators with robust configuration, reporting, and search optimization capabilities.• Solution should support content discovery across multiple content sources and allow the university to configure search experiences for different audiences, websites, and content types without requiring significant custom development.• Ability to configure multiple collections: all website search, news, events (calendar) and YouTube videos for the university.• Analytics for search terms (unanswered and answered), result clicks, tab usage, etc.• Compatibility with Drupal CMS.• SEO auditor• Generative AI answers• AI–assisted relevance ranking• Ability to customize site search results display (branding in Search)• Compliance with WCAG / ADA guidelines as directed by OIT digital accessibility• Ability to configure search engine with the list of URLs the web crawler should exclude• Ability to include/inject our Google Tag Manager container for GA4 tracking (2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 4, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for three years.
