(1) Vendor needs to provide parking access and revenue control system. – Provide a turnkey, fully functioning Parking Access and Revenue Control System (PARCS).• Reservations: System must be capable of multiple reservation platforms. • Parking validations. (Admin office capabilities) what validation capabilities, how much does it cost?• Customer payment options: Agency desires the ability to offer multiple payment options for their customers including cash, traditional credit card payments, mobile app, Tap to Pay (Apple/Google Pay), pay by phone applications, etc.• Customer loyalty: Provide a customer loyalty program within their agency’s solution and identify any costs associated with implementing the proposer’s loyalty program.• Airport access control: All entry and exit devices should be equipped to accommodate airport proximity card readers with a minimum footprint of 2” wide by 6” tall. • Civil work: Provide required civil work for the full installation of the proposed system, except as already identified within this document.• Provide a training schedule for both the operator and designated airport staff.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 20, 2026. (3) A mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on October 13, 2026.
