(1) Vendor needs to provide professional engineering services to the government authority located in Fountain, CO. – Programming:• Refine the general locations and sizes of proposed improvements.• Confirm alignments within rights–of–way and assess the need for additional easements and rights–of–way.– Preparation of Design and Bidding Documents:• Preparation of construction and bid documents in the appropriate format, modified as required to integrate the city standard terms and conditions• Coordination of field survey for the basis of engineering design documents and property and easement acquisitions.– Construction Administration and Observation:• Receive guarantees, warranties, bonds and certificates of inspection that are to be assembled by the contractor, and review these for completeness in accordance with the contract documents and forward these documents to the city.• Review submittals and other data submitted by the contractor (shop drawings, material tests, etc.) and review these for general conformance with the contract documents.(2) The contract period will be for three years. (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 29, 2026.
