(1) Vendor needs to provide appraisal services to the government authority located in Albany, NY.– Provide on–call real estate appraisal services on an as–needed, task–order basis.– Appraisals supporting applications for acquisition, rehabilitation, and new construction financing, including as–is and as–completed (prospective) value opinions required by lenders and funding sources. – Appraisals establishing value, loss, or damage for purposes of filing, negotiating, or supporting property insurance claims. – Appraisals supporting the Land Bank's acquisition of real property (including negotiated purchase and transfer of tax–foreclosed parcels) and the disposition/sale of Land Bank inventory, consistent with the Land Bank's public authority governance and disposition policies. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 16, 2026.
