EQU-19117 - USA (Rio Grande, Texas) - Digital Billboard Service - Deadline August 11,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide digital billboard service to the government authority located in Rio Grande, TX. – The work consists of replacing the existing billboard at the Campus Grounds with a new double–sided outdoor digital billboard, including all structural, electrical, communications, controls, lightning protection, testing, commissioning, and closeout work.– Structure and Foundations. Construct the new double–sided digital billboard at the location shown in the site plan, including excavation, foundations, steel columns, framing, anchorage, cabinets, coatings, and finishes. Provide an approximately 45' pylon/support structure with signed and sealed delegated structural drawings and calculations by a Texas–licensed professional engineer.– Center Illuminated Cabinet. Fabricate and install an illuminated center cabinet between the support columns for the agency logo or other approved branding, including structure, lighting, wiring, access panels, finishes, and graphics.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 7, 2026.(3) Pre–bid meeting will be held on August 4, 2026.
