Description
The Town of Manchester is soliciting bids to contract for preventive maintenance (PM) services to HVAC systems to Town facilities. Work shall include all recommended annual preventative maintenance and services as outlined in the specifications. The Town of Manchester is also soliciting bids to contract for routine and emergency repair services to HVAC systems. The Town intends to have one or more Contractor(s) available for facility H.V.A.C. systems services. Work shall be assigned to contractors based on factors including a) experience level, b) pricing of work assignments and c) past work history in accordance with labor and markup rates provided in response to this solicitation.
