(1) Vendor needs to provide diverting children, adolescents and young adults service to the government authority located in Boston, MA.– Funding community–based activities that intervene prior to the execution of an arrest or an arraignment through coordinated programs of prevention and alternative case processing.– Fund coordinated programs for prevention and intervention serving youths and their families, such as:– Connecting youth to mental health services.– Providing youth development activities and mentoring.– Engaging youth with their communities.– Promoting school safety, family home visits, juvenile diversion programs and   restorative justice and mediation programs.– Providing assistance for families and schools to navigate the legal system.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 24, 2026.
