(1) Vendor needs to provide cloud–based athletics operations, communication and performance analytics platform.– An efficient platform that will facilitate comprehensive operation, coaching intelligence, athlete management, and performance analytics for its football program.– The university desires an integrated solution that supports team communication, scheduling, document management, athlete information management, coaching workflows, scouting and recruiting operations, opponent analysis, performance evaluation, and advanced football analytics.– Coaching intelligence.– Football analytics, scouting, and performance intelligence.– Team operations, communication, and athlete management.– Ability to support mass communications through email, text messaging, and voice messaging,– Including the scheduling of communications for future delivery.– Provide detailed player participation data, including position, role, personnel groupings, and situational usage for offensive, defensive, and special teams’ analysis.– Ability to automatically generate play diagrams and play cards from tracking data, reducing manual data entry and improving consistency in play documentation– Ability to monitor communication activity through delivery, open, read, and engagement tracking for messages distributed to student–athletes, coaches, and staff.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 6, 2026.
