Vendor needs to provide consultant's safety inspection service for comprehensive assessment and report to the government authority located in White Plains, NY. – Perform a Comprehensive Assessment (CA) and conduct the field inspection for the agency. – Prepare a CA–pre–inspection preparation report.– Document findings and prepare draft and a final Comprehensive Assessment Reports (CARs).– Prepare a presentation and present the findings to agency during a CA review meeting.– Perform physical field inspection of the project works – requires the Independent Consultant (IC) team to physically participate during each field inspection.– Perform specific evaluations of adequacy of spillways, effects of overtopping on non–overflow structures, structural adequacy and stability of all structures under all credible loading conditions, relevant hydrological data accumulated since the project was last inspected, history of the performance of the project works through analysis of data from monitoring instruments, quality and adequacy of maintenance, surveillance, and methods of project operations for the protection and safety of the public.• Physical field inspection of the project works and review and assessment of all relevant data concerning:– Settlement– Movement– Erosion– Seepage– Leakage– Cracking
