CONS-23065 - USA (Stonington, Connecticut) - Design, Engineering and Permitting Services - Deadline September 16,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide design, engineering and permitting services to the government authority located in Stonington, CT. – Task 1 – Project Management & Coordination: The Consultant shall provide overall project management and coordination throughout the duration of the project.– Task 2 – Existing Conditions & Site Investigations: The Consultant shall collect and evaluate all information necessary to complete the design.• Review available utility information.• Review historical aerial photography and shoreline changes.• Perform field reconnaissance.– Conduct investigations including:• Hydrographic Survey• Boundary and Topographic Survey (as needed)• Geotechnical Investigation• Coastal Engineering Analysis• Wave and Storm Surge Modeling• Structural Assessment of the Existing Pier– Task 3 – Design Development: The Consultant shall prepare complete construction–ready engineering documents.– Task 4 – Permitting: The Consultant shall obtain all permits necessary for construction.– Task 5 – Bidding Assistance: Following completion of final design, the Consultant shall assist the Town during the public bidding process.– Task 6 – Construction Administration (Optional): At the agency's discretion, the Consultant may provide construction administration services.– Task 7 – Grant & Funding Support (Optional): At the agency's request, the Consultant shall provide technical assistance for grant applications and funding opportunities.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 1, 2026.(3) Pre–bid site walk will be held on August 18, 2026.
