(1) Vendor needs to provide legal services to the government authority located in Salt Lake City, UT.   – Legal services related to potential Temu Investigation and Litigation, alleging violations of various data privacy and consumer protection laws.– Offeror must certify that no members of the Litigation Team to whom a matter is assigned or the law firm that employs them have, or appear to have, any conflict of interest in providing the assigned legal services. – Provide legal services using other attorneys, paralegals, and support staff with the written consent.– Offeror must certify it meets the experience and requirements of the litigation team.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 30, 2026.
