EXTRA-75531 - USA (Jacksonville, Florida) - Police Promotional Assessment Testing Services - Deadline September 29,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide police promotional assessment testing services to the government authority located in Jacksonville, FL.– Provide a promotional assessment process that is legally defensible to include a valid written test and assessment centres for the with provisions and costs to develop and administer a new written test and assessment centres.– There are currently 12 police officers eligible to participate in the promotional assessment process.– Provide consulting services in developing and administering a promotional process that will effectively assess persons to fill the promotional opportunity.– The content must be legally defensible, valid, and consistent with case law as well as applicable laws.– A review of the existing job analysis for the promotional rank to determine if revisions are needed.– Review of study material and the provisions of additional reference material and study support.– Develop a written test with a minimum of 115 test questions. The final test should be comprised of at most 100 questions.– Develop at least 5 assessment centre scenarios. The final assessment centre should be comprised of at most 3 assessment centre scenarios.– Process should address the concerns of employees with respect to fairness; the concern of leadership for a reliable and fair means to assess persons to fill the promotional opportunity; and the concerns of Human Resources for an equitable process that meets all legal requirements.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 15, 2026.(3) Pre–bid meeting will be held on September 8, 2026.
