(1) Vendor needs to provide sex offender registry public website service and must be compatible with mobile device browser and browser. – The agency public website is updated on a weekly basis with the information taken directly from our agency database.– The website includes photographs of each of the offenders that are available to the public.– Solution to modernize the public Sex Offender Registry website and related administrative capabilities, including public search, mapping, FAQ content, tip/comment intake, annual fee payment support, and reporting/audit capabilities tied to public publication and payment administration.• Improve public access to lawful registry information through a searchable, map–enabled, mobile–responsive website. • Reduce manual effort by implementing at least daily automated publication of approved public registry data from the authoritative source. • Strengthen administrative oversight through audit logging, reporting, role–based access, exception handling, and document management.
