Vendor needs to provide market research for ten–print fingerprint analysis identity examination reports service to the government authority located in Williston, VT. – Print Examiners to be properly certified and current with International Association for Identification standards. – The latent print examiners must be able to produce ten–print analysis detailed reports for each case, documenting methodologies, findings, and conclusions.– Reports must be clear, concise, and suitable for use in federal court proceedings and at a minimum include exhibits, findings, remarks, and any other reporting requirements.
