EQU-20583 - USA (Basalt, Colorado) - Advanced Metering Infrastructure System - Deadline December 4,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide advanced metering infrastructure system to the government authority located in Basalt, CO. – The Contractor will be responsible for coordinating and performing the designated water meter and endpoint replacements, including customer scheduling, field installation, data collection, quality control, and daily.– Provide a proposed project schedule, including mobilization, customer outreach, installation phases, quality control, and project closeout.– Identify the estimated time required to complete the approximately 817 water meter replacements and 635 endpoint replacements.– Identify potential project risks, scheduling constraints, and strategies for addressing unexpected field conditions.– The Contractor will manage customer communications and appointment scheduling throughout the installation process.– The Contractor will be responsible for the physical installation and replacement of the designated equipment.– The Contractor must use electronic field documentation, such as tablets or comparable mobile devices, to record installation information.• Meter Replacement: Unit price per meter replacement, separated by applicable meter type and installation condition.• Endpoint Replacement: Unit price per endpoint replacement, including any differences in installation requirements.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 27, 2026.(3) Pre–bid meeting will be held on November 18, 2026.
