(1) Vendor needs to provide legal services to the government authority located in Corry, PA. • Render legal service of all nature and description• Render advice to the director and board and employees concerning the activities of the authority• On occasion, attend semi–monthly board of directors’ meetings and special called meeting• Representation in litigation in the state or federal courts and before any administrative bodies wherein the authority requires representation• Representation in eviction proceedings• Perform other related tasks as assigned(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 8, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for three years.
