(1) Vendor needs to provide enterprise LIDAR imagery viewer solution for storing, managing, viewing, and extracting features from statewide Mobile, Terrestrial, and Aerial LiDAR datasets and associated digital imagery.– The solution must support long term, secure storage, high performance visualization and automated or semi–automated extraction of roadway and roadside assets.– Provide secure, scalable cloud storage for large LiDAR and imagery datasets.– Offer viewing of data from multiple sources such as but not limited to external feature extraction solutions, GIS, engineering drawings for engineering, survey, asset management, safety, and planning use cases.– Align with existing DOT workflows, GIS systems, data governance frameworks, and IT security requirements.– Automated and assisted feature extraction tools for engineering, survey, asset management, safety, and planning use cases.(2) A pre–bid meeting will be held on August 06, 2026.(3) All question must be submitted no later than August 13, 2026.(4) A contract period will be for one year.
