DBH-72 - As-Needed Commercial Real Property Appraisal Services RFSQ - Closing: Continuous

The Los Angeles County Department of Beaches and Harbors is seeking qualified and experienced Vendors to enter into Master Agreements with Los Angeles County to provide, on an as-needed basis, commercial real estate property appraisal services required in the Department’s management of the County’s Marina del Rey leaseholds. The successful Vendors must have a minimum of five years of substantial experience in valuing ground leases, square foot (minimum) rents, and percentage rents.
