Description
The The North Carolina Wildlife Resources Commission (NCWRC), Engineering Division (Contracting Agency), is responsible for providing an efficient, healthy, and safe janitorial service for the NCWRC Headquarters Building. The NCWRC Headquarters Building is located at 1751 Varsity Drive, Raleigh, North Carolina 27606. Therefore, with this Request for Proposal (RFP), the Contracting Agency is seeking proposals from experienced, qualified Vendors to provide janitorial services in a professional and workmanlike manner, in strict and complete compliance with the specifications and subject to the terms and conditions herein specified. The Contracting Agency shall perform the administration of the contract. The intent of this solicitation is to award an Agency Specific Contract.
