(1) Vendor needs to provide parking garage cleaning services to deliver routine cleaning, maintenance, and upkeep services to the government authority located in Oakland, CA.• The selected contractor will be responsible for maintaining four county–owned and operated public parking garages.• These services are critical to ensure that the facilities remain safe, sanitary, and well–maintained for all users.• Contractor must maintain all assigned parking facilities in a condition that passes county inspections, with no visible litter, accumulated debris, excessive dirt, standing water attributable to cleaning deficiencies, hazardous spills, or unsafe conditions resulting from the contractor's failure to perform required services.(2) A pre–bid conference will be held on August 06, 2026.(3) All question must be submitted no later than August 07, 2026.(4) A contract period will be for one year.
