CONS-23871 - USA (Costa Mesa, California) - Avenue Construction Services - Deadline October 13,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide avenue construction services to the government authority located in Costa Mesa, CA.– Work includes, but is not limited to, mobilization; utility investigation, potholing, and field verification; permitting; inspection scheduling; traffic control; erosion control; demolition; trenching; furnishing and installing conduits with poly–pull ropes including service laterals to each house; installation of vaults, manholes, utility pull boxes, handholes, warning tape, sub–meter panels, customer–owned service conduits; pavement resurfacing and restoration; landscape restoration; reconstruction of right–of–way; private back/side yard restoration, protection of existing property walls and footings, and coordination with the removal of existing overhead facilities.– The Contractor shall perform all trenching, backfill, and restoration and replacement of affected public and private improvements, including but not limited to pavement, curb, gutter, sidewalk, concrete finishes, hardscape, driveways, fences, walls, signs, landscaping, planter walls, mailboxes, and similar types of private back/side yard and public right–of–way improvements that may be impacted by the work.– Work shall include all underground and above ground ducts and structures necessary for the complete conversion of overhead electrical power, telephone, fibre–optic, cable television, and related communications services to underground locations.(2) Pre–bid meeting will be held on September 29, 2026. (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 06, 2026.
