(1) Vendor needs to provide children justice conference service to the government authority located in Tacoma, WA.  – Providing the meeting space, catering, and audio–visual support for the 2027 children’s justice conference.– Event support including meeting facility support, security, ushers, and other staff necessary to successfully support this event.– Provide breakdown of costs of additional tables, chairs, linen, power access, and other misc. – Expenses that may be incurred during the final planning and event launch(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 22, 2026.
