(1) Vendor needs to provide children's high fidelity wraparound services to the government authority located in Martinez, CA.– Help children remain safely at home, in school, and in their communities by promoting long–term stability across these environments, improving behavioural and educational outcomes, and equipping families, caregivers, and natural supports with the understanding and skills needed to support youth as they navigate complex mental health or behavioural challenges.– Builds trusting, peer–to–peer relationships with parents and caregivers, helping them navigate complex systems, prepare for team meetings, strengthen family bonds, and find sustainable support. – Supports non–clinical staff in providing engagement and clinical consultation to possible intensive interventions (e.g., crisis management), and assessments for youth and families. – Supports operational functions including scheduling, documentation, billing support, coordination with County systems, communication with families, referrals tracking, and service activity monitoring. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 29, 2026.
