(1) Vendor needs to provide curb management technology service to the government authority located in Minneapolis, MN. – Supply curb management technology and related services to support data–driven curb operations and digital curb infrastructure deployments within the public right–of–way. – Enable real–time, data–driven management of curb space through an integrated ecosystem of sensing, data, control, and communication technologies. • Deploy several key subsystems to enable active monitoring and management of curb assets.• The systems will be designed and deployed to support data–driven curb management through a modular, multi–vendor ecosystem.• System outputs will be distributed through APIs and control systems to user–facing and operational tools, including dynamic signage (e.g. VMS), public–facing applications, and internal dashboards.• Fixed (Static) traffic monitoring sensors: Fixed traffic monitoring sensors are permanently or semi permanently installed devices that measure multimodal activity within the public right–of–way, including along corridors and at intersections. • Fixed (Static) curb activity detection sensors: Fixed curb detection sensors are permanently or semi–permanently installed devices that monitor curbside activity within a defined area such as a parking space, curb zone, block face, or intersection.• Mobile or portable curb data collection systems: Mobile or portable sensing technologies collect curb activity data across larger geographic areas using temporary or mobile platforms.• Emergency and dynamic curb control integration systems: Emergency response and right–of–way management operations frequently require dynamic changes to curb access and roadway conditions.• Dynamic curb communication and display systems: Dynamic curb message technologies provide real time or near real–time information to drivers, delivery operators, and other curb users regarding curb regulations, availability, and operational conditions. • Curb and mobility data aggregation platforms: Curb data aggregation platforms collect, integrate, and manage data from multiple detection technologies and external systems to support operational decision–making and data–driven curb management.• Freight movement data and analytics packages: Understanding freight activity patterns is critical to improving loading zone design and curb allocation strategies.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 4, 2026.
