(1) Vendor needs to provide website design, development and maintenance services using content management system. – Contractor shall design, develop and maintain the websites as well as provide strategic planning services related to user experiences and overall online presence.– Development by Contractor shall be limited to the front–end, public side of website; all code and maintenance for the back–end, secure side of secure.– Provide user experience support and design expertise on the back–end site to ensure consistency as well as Content Management System troubleshooting and training support to in–house team.• Design– Enhancements to the user experience/user interface based on analytics and technological evolutions. – Design and functionality additions and upgrades. Design support for backend, secure site updates.• Development– Create/maintain website and styling using industry standard practices and protocols and/or other user interface toolkits or CMS tools; provide web production support services; prepare and hand–off of assets to back–end website contractor.• Maintenance/Support– Provide management, maintenance and update services to the website, including, but not limited to, the following: all operating system patches, CMS updates, website certificate updates, site optimization, backups, and recovery due to website issues.• Analysis, Reporting– Analytics, tracking, reporting and updated training materials.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 26, 2026.
