(1) Vendor needs to provide ticket books supplies to the government authority located in San Diego, CA.– Provide each ticket book must consist of a front and back cover, attached together with two medium weight (vertical) staples.– Each book must have ten (10) interior ticket pages with perforation on the left side for easy removal. – All interior ticket pages must be perforated ½” from the left edge on a 3–3/8” measure.– There may be up to five (5) different designs/artwork for the booklets, which would be specified upon order placement.– The front cover and its interior ticket pages must share a single serial number printed in black.– The serial number must be located at the bottom right corner of the front cover and the interior ticket pages.– The size of the book must be 3–3/8” x 2–1/8”.– The front and back cover stock to be used must be 80# Endeavor Velvet Cover.– The ticket stock must be Simpson Design Secure Basketweave 24#. The color will vary for each annual printing.– The ink on both front and back covers must be 4/0 with bleeds.– The ink on the tickets must be 1/0 black, text and line art, with no bleeds.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 14, 2026.
